I want an Exchange!!

Bought a new dining table at Courts Tampines on National Day.

Below is the table top that we like....scratches cant be seen easily

but below is what we received!!!

so i called up Courts hotline and asked for an exchange but they referred me back to the sales person. whom took 2 days to return my call. Let's call the sales person "M"
come to tink of it, M didnt even serve us!!! he jus came and billed us thats all!

i tried to explain to him over the fone, but he couldnt visualised what i was trying to say.
so we made another trip down frm Jurong to Tamp jus to show him the foto i took.
M agreed that both are different and would make arrangement for a-duno-wat-inspection team to go my hse and check.

i waited for almost 2 weeks and he didnt call. i had to call him myself and asked for the appointment date.
took the team another 1 week to go my hse.

i was at work, so i spoke to the guy over fone when they were at my hse.
he said the table at my hse IS the set we ordered.
again, i had to explain all over again.....
he said he'll go over to Courts at Tamp and check, will get M to get back to me
i called the M right after that and told him what happend and asked him to follow up
he always gif the same answer "ok ok"

1+ week had passed.....no calls at all....
so i called M again....
he ~~sounded~~ acted concerned and said "ya, the team came and saw that the table is different"
me "then? so?"
M "i will check with the warehouse again and let u know k?"
me "how long do i haf to wait again?"
M "sandy im sorry, i'll get back to u asap"

i waited for another 2 weeks......
NO CALL AGAIN!

i called M....."whats the outcome? when will u finally call me?"

M "sorry sandy, the stock for the set u bought are all smooth finishing at my warehouse"

me "so? i ordered what was at ur showroom, not at ur warehouse. i juz wan what was displayed"

M "sorry sandy, i oso duno why the difference.....i need to check with my manager"

me "so meaning i haf to wait for another month for u to get back to me? i have been waiting for almost 2months just for the exchange. and everytime i haf to call u and ask for updates. u r always giving empty promises. and u mean until now u havent inform ur manager?? so when will u get back to me?"

i was speaking non stop....didnt want to gif him a chance to speak at all...cos i was SOOO fucking pissed off!!

M "i will call u tmr"
me "r u sure?"
M "yes sandy, i will call u tmr"

this is the 3rd day.....no calls again
so im forced to write a complaint letter ytd...
lets wait and see how is Courts going to answer me.

i am a very patient person....but dont make use of it and put it to test!!
I can be very nasty if i wan to!
M....u asked for it!!
