Due to our time-wasting Mj session on Fri nite...
both me n mit had a draw game...n jf lost to casin...
Was quite pissed wif mit bcos he was supposed to attend his cousin's funeral (last day) at 11+am wif his mum....but apparently (as usual) his plan failed again, as he forgot to inform his mum tt he needs to send me to my co. Team Building at 1230pm.
His mum came into e room n shouted at him for being irresponsible by slping so late which caused him to overslp....n needless to say, that shouting n nagging woke me up...
Wat pissed me off was, he told his mum "I need to send Liqi to work at 1230....."
n his mum said "ask her drive there herself.....u take bus wif me to hougang"
wa lao eh.....how can he say tt??! wat will his mum tink of me?!?
"cant she go herself?"
"y she needs my son to send her there when she know how to drive?"
"she shld know tt he needs to attend funeral, n shld b sensible enuf to go herself"
In e 1st place, i dun even know he arranged to go wif his mum....
n 2ndly, I reminded him to plan his route for sat....if nt possible to send me there, i can drive there myself...
argh!! *angry*

Reached Sebawang for co. Team Building Day at 1230pm....dressed in my ah-dang white polo-t!
The dress code for tt event was white or black....
n my BU head chose white, was actually hoping tt he'll choose black, cos my wardrobe has got limited white tops! haha
Jolene wore black bcos she "wasn't" informed.....hahah but anyway i tink nobody cared =P
Team Building this yr was kinda boring as compared to last yr's....
we were divided into grps and given the following:
- 2 packets of those ballon sticks
- 1 packet of drinking straws
- 1 packet of wire-tie
- a bunch of rubber bands
- newspaper
- masking tape n scotch tape
- scissors
- 1 tennis ball
n were asked to make our own "roller coaster"....
this was wat we came up wif....
Kinda interesting....
this taught us team work...
you may not b the leader of e grp, but your suggestion does help....
Leaders not necessary have or give e best idea.....we need e team to put our heads together to solve any problem....
and you'll b surprise tt, there's actually lots n lots of ways to solve 1 problem which u thought it's almost impossible to solve...
In a team, everyone is important...and everyone plays a part otherwise it will not b called a "team"
